Procurement Officer with Italian Michelin is hiring!: This role is based in the Michelin Shared Services Center in Bucharest, Michelin Corporate & Business Services, where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Sales Administration, Personnel and Service Management. Summary: 1.Timely handling of purchase invoices in Basware, resolving any non‑compliances and discrepancies in agreement with suppliers. 2.Completion of required formalities for supplier registration and updates in Oracle AP, VMF, and the CPM portal. 3.Participation in internal and external audits and ensuring full traceability of executed processes. In the case of non‑compliance, implementation of corrective action plans by the agreed deadline is expected. - - - - - - - - - - - - What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree. Fluency in Italian and English (B2+) . Experience in invoicing, billing, or Accounts Payable /Accounts Receivable. Clear and effective communication with customers and partners.
