JOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS: Clinical Duties - Perform and document vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respirations, and oxygen saturation. - Conduct and document withdrawal assessments per protocol (e.g., COWS, CIWA) and promptly report findings to the LIP. - Perform CLIA-waived testing (e.g., blood glucose monitoring, urine testing) in accordance with regulatory standards. - Accurately document patient interactions, observations, and clinical data in the electronic health record (EHR). - Communicate patient status changes, concerns, or abnormal findin...
