Time & Absence Analyst - Workday (m/f)

Job description

Maintain and contribute to develop the digital HR management solutions (Workday) to continuously improve the efficiency of the HR and Payroll Functions while ensuring world class user experience. Strengthen the support for Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules in the Europe, Africa, Middle East, India and Asia Pacific regions (as well as other regions in the Air Liquide global scope. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? - This role will partner closely with the shared services team, HRBPs, and payroll to ensure accuracy of Absence and Time configurations in Workday. - Create and maintain Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Calculated Fields, and EIBs. - Ensure strong communication and alignment with the Integration teams, Shared Services team, HR users, Payroll team, and any other impacted stakeholders. - Contributor to Time Tracking, Absence and Payroll implementation and enhancement projects - Propose system changes and enhancements to address business concerns and legal requirements - Maintain configuration workbooks with accurate configuration documentation that reflects Workday - Maintain consisten...
