Job Description Summary The Engineering Manager will provide leadership to a diverse technical team of dedicated manufacturing leaders in support of Global Nuclear Fuel's Manufacturing team. Senior member of the leadership team responsible for fuel manufacturing engineering, including existing and new fuel manufacturing equipment design and upgrade, and process improvement. This manager will work collaboratively with our leadership team to ensure successful and continuous operations for our facility. The leader will also assist operations and maintenance in process improvements and daily operations troubleshooting. Job Description: Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Embrace Global Nuclear Fuel’s nuclear safety culture, where work is performed with an overriding priority on integrity, safety, security and quality. Provide technical and managerial leadership for the Fuel Manufacturing Engineering team, including Fuel Component Operation (FCO) and Fuel Manufacturing Operation (FMO) teams, and the development of advanced manufacturing capabilities including equipment and deployment of capital projects.
