Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: Purpose The HR Operations Consultant supports the South Region CHRO and serves as a key partner to front‑line supervisors and managers, providing day‑to‑day HR operational support that ensures consistent application of HR processes and contributes to strong workforce performance. This role blends data‑driven insights, systems expertise, and collaborative partnership to enhance leader effectiveness across the region. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented HR professional with strong communication and problem‑solving skills, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with leaders at multiple levels. Success in this role requires confidence in HR systems (Workday preferred), the ability to interpret and communicate workforce data, and the capability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative HR team.
