ETF SMA Specialist

Job description

The Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) and separately Managed Account (SMA) Specialist job proactively builds business partnerships both internally at the firm and externally with existing partners and prospects. Working independently with limited supervision, this role is responsible for building ETF and SMA business with allocators/professional buyers in a defined geographic area, leveraging the intersections of asset allocation, models, direct indexing, tax considerations, and customization. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Partners with distribution, product, portfolio management, and operations to grow Nuveen’s market share in ETFs and SMAs through key advisors, strategists, and centers of influence. Conducts meetings in person and virtually and attends industry conferences. Travel expectations are 25-50% of time. Raise and retain assets in ETFs and SMAs/Direct Indexing Guides the transformation of Nuveen’s leading SMA platform through new technology, marketing tools, and trading capabilities, including direct indexing.
