You are best suited for the role if you… We support and care for our employees by providing them with… - Follows established department GMP’s, SOP’s and batch record instructions - Must be able to troubleshoot equipment shortfalls/failures, and repair tasks that may not require Maintenance Department. - Performs hourly checks that monitor material flow or instruments such as temperature pressure gauges, indicators or meters to ensure optimal processing conditions. - Properly organizes and secures stored material for shipping. - Trained to run Protein Dryer. - Collects samples of powder and liquids for analysis; examines visually or by hand to verify qualities such as clarity, cleanliness, consistency, dryness, and texture. - Maintains correct dryer CIP procedures by set up or adjust machine controls to regulate conditions. - Communicat...
