About the Opportunity: As a Global Compensation Manager, you will play a critical role in designing, supporting and governing our compensation strategy and programs. In this role, you will: Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance and business leaders to provide compensation guidance and insights, primarily for the sales function. Manage our sales incentive calculations and support the design in collaboration with our Sales Operations team. Support compensation projects as needed, such as the annual compensation cycle (Workday experience a plus), compensation survey participation (Aon Radford) and job architecture.
