JOB SUMMARY: The Facilities Mechanic is responsible for the overall repairs and maintenance for all VOA Upstate NY properties and locations within Binghamton, Ithaca and Rochester. The Facilities Mechanic will ensure all PM’s and repairs are completed within a timely manner either by self-repairs and or working with a preferred vendor. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Repairs and maintains HVAC, Plumbing and Carpentry needs. Responsible for the tracking and completion of all work orders in MaintainX.
