We are seeking a Strategic Account Executive based in the Western United States (Washington, Oregon, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico ideally). This Account Executive will be part of the EveryDay Labs team within Newsela. EveryDay Labs is an education technology company that uses behavioral science and data to reduce chronic absenteeism in K-12 schools. They provide districts with attendance dashboards and a workflow platform along with proactive, personalized communication, multilingual family support, attendance intervention, and strategic consulting to improve school-family engagement. Founded in 2015 from the research of Dr. Todd Rogers, their evidence-backed family communications use behavioral and data science to effectively “nudge” families overcome barriers to attendance. EDL has partnered with districts to prevent over 3.1 million absences and restore over 1 billion minutes of instruction.
