Customer Service Representative

Job description

Provide courteous and helpful customer service; stock and maintain cleanliness of store and stockroom. - Provides customer service in a courteous and helpful manner. - Stocks shelves ensuring all shelves are filled. - Prices all merchandise. - Fills all orders including mail, phone, web site, and e-mail orders. - Cleans and maintains cleanliness of counter tops and fronts of counters, windows, doors and tops of shelves. - Empties all trashcans and puts in new trash liners. - Sweeps and vacuums all floors. - No supervisory/management authority. - Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office setting. - Performs other job-related duties as assigned. - High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and previous cash handling and customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Knowledge of Cherokee History and culture preferred. - Ability to maintain a professional status through interface with customers. - Ability to maintain a professional working relationship with management and co-workers.
