THE ROLE. At Gymshark, we’re on a mission to unlock potential through performance apparel—and our Production team plays a crucial role in making that happen. As a Production Executive , you’ll be at the heart of our global production operations, ensuring products move seamlessly from order placement through to delivery. You’ll take ownership of critical path management, support supplier performance, and help us continuously improve production processes to deliver on time, every time. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role where collaboration, problem-solving, and data-led decision-making are key. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING. WHAT YOU'LL NEED. - Managing Purchase Orders and ensuring all vendor contracts are issued in line with business SLAs - Owning and maintaining the Critical Path , ensuring production timelines and delivery schedules are met - Building strong relationships with suppliers and hosting regular production progress meetings - Providing clear, consistent production updates to internal stakeholders - Monitoring vendor performance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives - Supporting stakeholder meetings with production insights and updates - Tracking vendor capacity...
