Job Description Summary The Civil Platforms (CP) Engineering Specialist supports project and technical leadership across the CNMS portfolio to enable effective execution of engineering tasks and strategic initiatives. This role focuses on building and maintaining project execution rhythm through metrics, tools, resource coordination, and continuous improvement. You will partner closely with Technical Managers, Technical Leads, and Engineering Project Managers to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: - Project execution support - Gather, analyze, and publish critical project metrics and dashboards - Create and manage burn-up/burn-down charts and delivery/release plans - Track actions, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues in a timely manner - Lead or contribute to lean/process improvement initiatives - Engineering tools and access - Serve as point of contact for access to engineering/project tools (RTC, Box, DOORS/DXL, Rally, Spotfire, Confluence, Jira, etc.) - Develop, implement, and maintain tools, queries, and metrics that help engineers - Resource and supplier coordination - Assist with onboarding of GE hires, purchased serv...
