Primary Duties & Responsibilities Improve existing Test Infrastructure capability and capacity in the factory Develop and deploy new Test Infrastructure in the factory Develop and deploy custom Test Infrastructure for R&D Continuously (24/7) maintain new and existing Test Infrastructure in the factory Setup & improve material flow process through the Test Infrastructure in the factory Support the Test Infrastructure requirements for multiple product teams simultaneously Develop, execute, and analyze DOEs: Develop and maintain Test Infrastructure via SPC and other techniques Develop, improve, and maintain Test & Process SOP and OCAP documentation Provide Test Equipment & Process related training to operators/technicians/engineers Frequently analyze and report on Tool health, Process health, and Project status Develop calibration and validation routines for Test Equipment Meet and improve upon Test related KPI goals Ownership and accountability of Test Infrastructure and Performance in the factory Frequently present verbal and written updates and reports to upper management Work closely with cross-functional teams and ensure project and product successes Interfacing and reporting to...
