We are excited to introduce a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quality Control Analyst to join the People Services team within Downer’s Business Services Centre. This is a senior specialist role on a 2-year maximum term contract, suited to a proactive and analytical professional who thrives in a complex, fast-paced environment and is passionate about strengthening compliance, governance, and operational integrity across People Services processes. As part of the Compliance Assurance function, you will lead and execute complex sample-based testing activities to assess compliance with internal policies, legislative and industrial obligations, and established control requirements. Through structured testing and analysis, you will identify control weaknesses, emerging risks, and key themes, providing valuable insights to support remediation, continuous improvement, and stronger risk management outcomes.
