Overview Helio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. To support the mission of Helio Health, the Nursing Team Leader - Opioid Team Leader (OTP) will promote patients' health by developing day-to-day management through the direction and development of staff, as well as collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional teammates to provide support for patients and their families. This position will work Monday through Friday, 5:00am - 1:30pm. In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for a Sign-On incentive up to $8,000 ! Pay Range: $83,200.00 - $89,000.00: Responsibilities: - Provides services to meet the different needs of clients through coordination with the medical team. - Supervises medical and day to day operations of substance use disorders/mental health services. - Enforces adherence to state board of nursing and state nurse practice act requirements and to other governing agency regulations. - Maintains nursing staff by interviewing, training, supervising, orienting, and training nurses. - Promotes pa...
