Overview We have an opportunity available for a Senior Recovery Worker to join the team at our Lancashire Supported Living Rehabilitation Service, Inspiring Minds based in Burnley, BB11 1UG. The service contains 9 beds and will provide intermediate short term functional rehabilitation support to adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities and individuals on the autistic spectrum and is designed to be a personalised, interactive and collaborative process, reflecting the whole person. The service enables individuals to maximise their potential to live a full and active life within their family, social networks, education/training and the workplace where appropriate, in the context of their mental health and promote recovery. In addition, some sleep in shifts are required and paid extra per night.
