About the role: As a Business Development Representative, you will be a key member of the +Oscar team, responsible for owning top of funnel activity and supporting the Director of Business Solutions across all sales efforts for +Oscar. This role is immediately focused on Campaign Builder, our engagement and automation platform that enables scalable, personalized interventions while automating workflows to drive growth and retention, improve patient and member outcomes, and optimize administrative operations. Built for non-technical users, Campaign Builder allows payors and providers to create omni-channel campaigns with multiple touch-points over time, designed to drive meaningful behavior change.
