Overview America’s Service Line, LLC , has an opportunity for an Operations Support Administrator in beautiful Green Bay, Wisconsin. The Operations Support Administrators are an integral part of our team and essential to our business. They allow us to provide superior transportation service and support to our customers and provide attention to OS&D/Claims resolution as well as timely and accurate preparation for proper invoicing to customers. As an Operations Support Administrator you will: - Handle OS&D & Freight Claims (ASL Customers & Brokers) and AFG with AML Carriers. - Trailer pool administration to enhance utilization. - Make trailer positioning recommendations. - Collaborate with customers to get the trailers unloaded/loaded and on equipment needs. - Work with Maintenance Department regarding equipment and when work will be completed. Follow up on equipment not working properly. - Tracking/Tracing ETAs for pickup and delivery for brokers and customers. - Fill out major customer EDI reporting. - Contact customers/brokers for approval of layover, TONU, detention, etc., and enter the charge on the order in McLeod in a timely manner. - Ensure the rate from the rate confirmation...
