We seek a forward-thinking LPN whose values align with our own and share our mission of community minded care. After training, Triage Nurses can work a hybrid schedule with one remote day per week. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Exercises judgment in making decisions regarding adherence to policy, sequence of work, modifies or adapts results to meet different conditions, and makes decisions based on clinical or regulatory policies and protocols. - Screens and responds in a timely fashion to patient phone calls, directing to provider as needed. - Prioritizes patient messages gathering all pertinent information for provider. - Provides educational materials to patients regarding treatment, health promotion and disease prevention as directed by the physician/provider. - Schedules appointments ba...
