Worker Type: Employee Job Post End Date: 06/15/2026: About this opportunity: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Thermal Engineering, the Senior Completions & Well Servicing Engineer will lead planning activities for completions and well servicing operations, with a focus on SAGD wells. This role is responsible for driving technical excellence in design, cost estimating, program development, KPI tracking, and post-operation evaluations. What you’ll do: Develop and implement strategies to improve completions and well servicing performance while reducing costs Ensure compliance with corporate, regulatory, safety, and environmental standards Design and execute completions and well servicing programs Manage budgets and track cost, performance, and cycle-time efficiencies Analyze operations through benchmarking and identify improvement opportunities Support well integrity, including troubleshooting and ensuring proper isolation and abandonment Collaborate with field, drilling, and production teams to optimize the well lifecycle value Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across completions activities Who you are: Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum requiremen...
