Introduction to the job This position is to lead the effort in developing and supporting HMI e-Beam Inspection (EBI) products at customer sites to drive learnings and deliver solutions to next generation e-Beam problems. Onboarding is expected at Hillsboro Oregon for 2 months on the job training and then dispatched to Chandler Arizona where customer site is. The person filling this position will be a key driver in collaborating with ASML and customer to develop EBI solution for yield improvement. Role and responsibilities: - Responsible for application excellence of installed base, including Drive sufficient (high) utilization; Recipe setup and recipe maintenance; Use case development; Maintain TTTM; Drive bug fix and new feature through SO system; Handle emergency service calls as required; Provide application training to customer (not overall official training) - Responsible for NPI engagement: demo at HMI and evaluation at customer site - Responsible for H2H execution (installed base and NPI) at customer site - Responsible for BKM creation and knowledge sharing (BKM library) - Responsible for use case collection and analysis (Part of customer intelligence) - Prepare and execute...
