Senior System Analyst

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior System Analyst to support the development of a brand-new mobile banking platform built from scratch. The role focuses on defining functional and non-functional requirements, modelling system workflows, coordinating delivery between business and IT teams, and ensuring that the new mobile solution meets performance, usability, and architectural standards. Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to define and document functional and non-functional requirements - Model business processes and system workflows - Conduct feasibility analysis and prepare detailed system documentation - Manage backlog, prioritise tasks, and maintain alignment between business and delivery teams - Supervise solution delivery and ensure compliance with requirements and architecture assumptions - Support internal testing and helpdesk with incident analysis - Present proposed solutions to stakeholders and coordinate with external vendors Requirements: mobile application projects delivered successfully - Degree in Computer Science or related technical field - Minimum 8 years of experience as a System or Business Analyst in IT projec...
