The Senior Clinical Pharmacist will collaborate with physicians and staff to provide coordinated, comprehensive, high quality care to patients. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree - PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy or, - PharmD - PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy. - Coursework/Training - Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) Pharmacy Residency or equivalent educ/experience. - California Pharmacist Registered upon hire. - Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties within 2 years of hire. - 3 years - Pharmacy practice experience with at least 2 years of related experience in lieu of Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) Pharmacy Residency.
