Position Summary The Senior Manager, HR Partnering serves as a strategic people and talent partner for assigned business segments (Used Vehicles, AN Finance, Operations / OEM). This role partners closely with business leaders to translate strategy into actionable talent, organization, and workforce solutions that enable performance and growth. Operating within a business embedded HR partnership model, the Sr Manager focuses on practical execution, organizational effectiveness, and measurable outcomes—while aligning with enterprise people strategies and AutoNation’s broader HR operating model. This role balances strategic influence with hands on leadership and execution.
