Your Impact Procurement is 60-70% of revenue for industrial companies and their biggest lever for profitability. Most can't make sense of their own procurement data, let alone use it strategically. Tacto changes that, and Solution Engineering is the function that turns our platform into customer reality. As Solution Engineering Lead, you own the engine that gets customers live, fast, and at quality. You sit between Product, Sales, and Customer Value, making sure every piece connects. You lead a team of ~5 Solution Engineers plus our Proof-of-Value function, own the link to Engineering on technical pipeline improvements, and are the senior technical face we put in front of customers when things matter most. You're building the implementation engine that scales with us. Your Tasks: Lead the team. Hire, develop, and manage ~5 Solution Engineers plus our PoV function. Set the bar for quality and speed. Lead with empathy and performance in equal measure. Build the implementation system. Design the processes, capacity planning, and quality controls that let us onboard customers predictably.
