Casual Leisure Assistants Grade A - £24,796 - £26,824 pro rata Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Opportunities for both qualified and non qualified Leisure assistants to work in both the wet and dry centres. We are currently seeking self-motivated and suitably skilled individuals to join the Sport and Physical Activity service team on a casual basis. Working as part of a team in a busy front-line service that will at times require you to be able to priorities customer needs with programme, procedures and processes. Key Responsibilities: The positions are for both qualified and unqualified Leisure Assistants roles, but we are looking for individuals with relevant experience in a leisure and customer services environment. Qualified candidates will be responsible for supervising pools and a RLSS National pool Lifeguard Qualification is the minimum requirement for this role as well as ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, housekeeping, hygiene, security and safety of the facilities.
