Service Manager - Kenworth All Roads Trucks - Naples, FL Do you enjoy working in a production driven environment as a strong leader? Do you enjoy managing technicians, their workloads and communicating with customers? All Roads Trucks/Kenworth in Naples, FL is searching for a detail oriented leader with heavy duty/truck experience. This role is responsible for overseeing the service department, controlling costs, creating customer relationships, and setting and obtaining sales and profit objectives. Additionally, they must address the concerns of customers and ensure that all service work is performed efficiently and effectively.
