RESPONSIBILITIES: Using appropriate techniques, mix, bake, or prepare ingredients to produce baked goods and desert items. Check production schedule to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake. Organize and rotate stock in pantry. Present new menu ideas and suggestions. Ensure compliance with all company, county, state, and federal food service laws and requirements. Attend all department team meetings, workshops, and training sessions as delegated by supervisor. Other projects and duties as assigned. Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of six months previous professional baking experience in a full service establishment.
