As an Enablement Specialist , you will empower our organization to deliver measurable value to our members, directly influencing retention and revenue. You’ll be responsible for designing and scaling a best-in-class member experience through data-driven strategies and high-impact content. What You Will Do: Journey Mapping: Partner with the Value Enablement team and key stakeholders to architect the ideal customer journey, focusing on maximum value realization. Content Creation: Develop internal and external enablement assets—including decks, reports, and knowledge base articles—grounded in persona/positioning frameworks and engagement data.
