Maintenance Leader

Overview The Maintenance Leader is an elevated hourly team member role that serves as the “quarterback” for all maintenance programs on two assigned production lines. This role owns maintenance performance for those lines and is accountable for identifying, correcting, and eliminating maintenance related losses while building equipment capability and strengthening operating teams. The Maintenance Leader drives maintenance planning, downday and planned stop execution, PM and AM effectiveness, and defect resolution. This role partners closely with line teams, Reliability Execution, and Operations leadership to deliver best in class line performance and embed strong maintenance ways of working.
