Job Description: Supervise Food & Beverage dinner service within the restaurant and bar, ensuring service standards are followed for a friendly, genuine, and engaging experience. Assist the Restaurant Manager in purchasing, stock control, and management. Ensure standard operating procedures are updated and followed. Build and develop a high-performing team by leading and mentoring with a collaborative, motivational, and empowering approach.
