Summary: Being Bilingual in English/Spanish is mandatory due to the intercompany processes with LATAM (mainly Mex and Col) and accounting processes centralized in LATAM The Product Manager, Egg Packaging is accountable for the strategic and financial success of Tekni-Plex’s protein packaging solutions across all materials (Foam PS, PET, FPP, FCompostable, MAP, etc.), driving growth, profitability, and operating cash flow across the product line. This role leads the development and execution of the product strategy—from market analysis and portfolio optimization to innovation, pricing, and lifecycle management. The Product Manager partners closely with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, R&D/NPD, Business Development, Marketing, and Sales to identify market opportunities, deliver differentiated packaging solutions, and strengthen Tekni-Plex’s competitive position. A key focus of this role is to translate market insights into actionable plans that enhance customer value, accelerate growth, and ensure sustainable business performance.
