The Role The primary purpose of the Project Manager is to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of project DAWN-related elements to ensure the supply of medicines and medical supplies is not interrupted. This role plays a critical part in coordinating efforts across various stakeholders, managing resources effectively, and ensuring the timely delivery of the transition plans to move Allphar principal stock across warehouses. - Project Planning and Execution : Together with the Key account manager and Allphar supplier, development of the individual project plan for stock movement. - Supply Chain Oversight : Work closely with the operations team to ensure the timely movement of stock to G2 / G1. - Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks to project success and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring continuity of supply and adherence to quality standards. - Reporting and Documentation : Prepare regular progress reports, maintain accurate project documentation, and conduct post-project evaluations to derive insights for future improvements.
