Job description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports enterprise recruiting efforts with a focus on hourly workforce pipeline development, early talent programs, and community partnerships. This role plays a critical part in building sustainable talent pipelines through school partnerships, workforce initiatives, and innovative recruiting strategies. The position requires flexibility for occasional evening events and travel. This is a hybrid position located in Columbus, OH. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and support talent pipeline strategies for hourly workforce needs in partnership with facility leadership - Manage K-12 and campus recruitment initiatives, including career fairs, classroom engagement, and hiring events (some evening events and travel required) - Coordinate and facilitate facility tours and onsite experiences for student groups and community partners - Research market data, recruiting trends, and provide updates to leadership teams - Build and maintain partnerships with organizations such as COMP and OMA, staying informed on programs and sharing relevant opportunities and updates with internal stakeholders - Provide support for hourly recruiting during peak hiring periods,...
