Working alongside Food and Beverage Management Team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Busser for The Club Bar who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality. - Work for an award-winning luxury hotel group - Learn and grow within a diverse multi-outlet property - Exceptional benefits package Key Accountabilities: - Multitask efficiently and in a composed manner. - Work with the Servers and Bartenders to execute a seamless service for the guests. - Ability to communicate confidently with guests and assist with their requests. - Friendly demeanor and great “connection” with people - responsible for getting everything to and from the tables, accurately, quickly and gracefully. - assist in the control of the information flow into the kitchen and the timing of dishes out to the dining room - Ensure consistency of the correct service techniques for all meal periods General Requirements: - Prior experience in a high energy, fast paced bar atmosphere or luxury hotel experience - Food Handlers Certification and Responsible Beverage certification - Ability to be flexible and adapt to a variety of service settings including dining, event, terrace, etc. - Flexible schedu...
