Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment. Enforce safe working methods and behaviors within the team. Conduct safety audits and operations checks. Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies. Make sure everyone meets safety standards and respond quickly to requests for changes and unforeseen events. Respond to emergencies as required . 2. Operations Management Supervise day-to-day operations and provide feedback and ways to improve in OPS. Implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency. Monitor and manage the station's budget to ensure financial efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
