Estimator Department: Operations: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Client: Compensation: ₱45,000 - ₱65,000 / month Description: As an Estimator, you will play a vital role in the project bidding and pre-construction phase by preparing accurate estimates for custom stainless steel kitchen equipment, exhaust hoods, countertops, and related fabrications. You will collaborate closely with designers, contractors, and internal production teams to ensure that all project requirements are thoroughly assessed, quantified, and priced with precision. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze architectural drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications to determine material, labor, and production requirements for custom stainless steel fabrications. - Perform detailed takeoffs for stainless steel components, including countertops, kitchen equipment, exhaust hoods, sinks, wall claddings, and shelving. - Prepare accurate and timely project estimates using estimating software and Excel, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing. - Communicate directly with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to clarify project details, specifications, and timelines. - Solicit and review quotes from vendors t...
