Paladin Security is Hiring a Senior Duty Security Officer! Location: Whitby, ON, CA: Schedule: Continental Rotation (0700–1900 / 1900–0700) Pay Rate: $23.91 – $25.38/hour (Based on Levelling System) Employment Type: Full Time Averaging Agreement: Overtime is Averaging Agreement (AA) after 88 hours Overview: As a Senior Duty Security Officer at Ontario Shores, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff. This position involves a combination of proactive patrols, emergency response, report writing, and coordination with site staff to maintain hospital safety standards. This role requires a high level of professionalism, customer service, and the ability to respond quickly in critical situations.
