Job description

We’re looking for Business Analyst to join our team in Bradford on a permanent basis. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with expectations of spending two days in the office. You’ll play a key role in supporting both HR and Payroll projects, helping to drive efficiency, innovation, and service excellence. We’re seeking a proactive analyst with strong experience in Transformation and Change, someone who can confidently partner with the Senior Transformation Manager and stakeholders across the function to understand business needs, analyse end‑to‑end processes, and contribute to meaningful, sustainable improvements. This role has two core areas of focus: We’re looking for someone who can facilitate workshops, gather and prioritise requirements, and translate business challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
