Critical Care Physician Redding, California: ICU-only practice | 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off | 12-hour day shifts | Northern California lifestyle Shasta Regional Medical Center is seeking a Critical Care Physician to join its hospital-owned multi-specialty medical group in Redding, California. This opportunity offers a dedicated inpatient ICU practice , strong hospital support, and an attractive 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule that allows physicians to maintain excellent work-life balance. The incoming physician will focus entirely on inpatient critical care management , working collaboratively with hospital specialists and ICU support staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
