Job Purpose: The Direct Support Professional Night Staff provides essential evening and overnight support to individuals with disabilities served by Harry Meyering Center. This role promotes a calm, safe, and supportive environment by assisting with nighttime routines, monitoring individuals throughout the night, and responding to needs as they arise. This position includes sleep time during the shift, with the expectation of waking to address emergencies or medical needs, which may vary by location. Services are provided in individuals’ homes and within the community, with a strong emphasis on respect, dignity, and person‑centered care. Schedule: Full-time located in Mankato area.
