Head of Finance Role We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Finance to serve as the financial architect of our organization. This is not a traditional back-office role; you will be a key business partner to the CEO, driving the financial strategy required to scale a capital-intensive, high-operational-tempo business. In this role, you will build the finance function from the ground up—selecting the tech stack, defining unit economics, and establishing the controls necessary for rapid growth. You will balance the immediate need for robust accounting operations with the long-term need for sophisticated financial modeling and capital allocation strategies. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Financial Planning: Architect the Financial Roadmap: Partner with the CEO to drive strategic planning, providing data-driven insights on expansion, pricing models, and capital allocation.
