About the Role: We’re looking for a Power Plant Area Supervisor for Maintenance at Alcoa Warrick and this new addition to our team will be responsible to advise the activities of Team Leaders, Control Operators, Plant Operators, and Maintenance Personnel to produce electricity, potable water, smelting steam, and high temperature water for use in the smelting plant. The supervisor will coordinate activities with internal suppliers and external customers, while ensuring that members have the vital equipment, parts, and tools to perform their jobs. This professional will also supervise activities with related areas, such as maintenance, coal handling, other production groups, and customers.
