POSITION SUMMARY: The Reliability Manager is a member of Maintenance Department, reporting directly to the Maintenance Director. The Reliability Manager supervises the Reliability Engineers (Fixed Equipment, Rotating Equipment, Electrical, and Instrumentation/Analyzer) who are considered subject matter experts in each of their respective disciplines. The Reliability Department is responsible for defining the scope of the preventive and predictive maintenance program and tracking its effectiveness. This department is also responsible for assisting in reliability investigations, defining the required training programs, and providing recommendations for improving equipment reliability. Furthermore, the team is responsible for documenting the required information in accordance with the Mechanical Integrity Program.
