Position Summary ProAmpac is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Associate to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial integrity of our flexible packaging manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will ensure accurate billing, diligent account management, and effective collaboration across departments to support the company’s broader financial objectives. Essential Duties and Tasks: Post Cash Receipts against open accounts receivable on a daily basis and review postings for accuracy. Prepare and distribute customer invoices with a high degree of precision. Reconcile amounts due by verifying invoices against purchase orders and supporting documentation. Maintain accurate accounting records by processing invoices, credits, and adjustments within the system. Research and resolve customer billing inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner. Generate, update, and analyze AR reports and key metrics to support management decisions. Maintain comprehensive credit information and customer files.
