Maintenance Technician Hillcrest Health & Rehab – Bellevue, NE Starting at $19.00+ per hour (based on experience) Full-Time Keep everything running—and everyone comfortable. What You’ll Do: You’ll be the go-to problem solver, helping maintain a safe and comfortable environment by: - Completing preventative maintenance tasks to keep systems running smoothly - Performing general repairs including drywall, painting, plumbing, and electrical - Troubleshooting HVAC systems and facility equipment - Assisting with move-ins and setting up equipment for resident care - Responding to and completing work orders in a timely manner - Accurately documenting completed work and maintenance logs - Participating in an on-call rotation as needed What We’re Looking For: - At least one year of experience in building or facility maintenance - HVAC knowledge strongly preferred - Valid driver’s license required - Strong pr...
