Summer 2026 Product Design Intern (Richmond, VA) Job Description: As a Summer 2026 Product Design Systems Intern, you will support the evolution and consistency of our product design system with a focused emphasis on design system alignment . This internship is designed to give students hands-on experience working within a mature design system, collaborating closely with product designers and engineers to ensure scalable, consistent, and high-quality product experiences. Interns will contribute to auditing and improving system usage across products, strengthening alignment between design and engineering implementations, and supporting documentation and governance workflows. This role is ideal for students who enjoy systems thinking , pattern recognition, and working within defined constraints while partnering cross-functionally.
