Essential Functions: - Provide basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service repair needs on designated equipment. - Complete preventative maintenance and functional management inspections. - Keep up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records per SimonMed policies. - Maintain daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction. - Promote positive customer relationships, including non-service call visits and meetings. - Confers with manufacturer’s representatives and equipment operators to resolve equipment related problems. - Participate in training programs sponsor...
