The role and its impact on Verisure Technology In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to support the Research and Insights Team in Spain, with the goal of learning how user insights help improve products, services and the lives of our customers. This position offers hands-on exposure to design research practices by using guided research methods and collaborating on insight generation. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and the wider Global Design team to gain insights into user behaviours, expectations, and the end-to-end product development process. Main Responsibilities: As a Design Research Intern, you will support the Global Design Team and learn how research contributes to improving experiences for people. Working closely with your supervisor and senior colleagues, you will: Support the planning and execution of user testing on the digital and physical products, helping observe and document insights and behaviours.
